By accessing or using Syntro Health ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Syntro Health is a cellular wellness and clinical decision support tool. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Syntro Health does not diagnose, predict, prevent, or claim to treat any disease or medical condition.
• Syntro Health falls outside the scope of India's Medical Device Rules 2017 (CDSCO) as it provides general wellness and dietary intelligence guidance only.
• All diet plans are generated based on clinical nutritional guidelines (Harvard Healthy Eating Plate, Shils MNT, ICMR-NIN) and user-provided inputs.

3. Medical Disclaimer

• If you enter medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders), the generated plan attempts to account for them, but must be reviewed by your healthcare provider before following.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something generated by Syntro Health.
• If you experience adverse effects, discontinue the diet plan and consult a doctor immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate health information when using the Service.
• You are responsible for verifying the suitability of any diet plan with a qualified professional.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Syntro Health independently.
• You must not misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. AI-Generated Content

Syntro Health uses Google Gemini as an AI processor to generate personalised diet plans. AI-generated content:

• May contain inaccuracies or general recommendations that do not account for all individual health factors.
• Is processed by third-party AI services as disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
• Should always be cross-checked with a qualified nutritionist or healthcare provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Syntro Health and its creator(s) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• This includes, but is not limited to, any adverse health effects, allergic reactions, nutritional deficiencies, or other harm resulting from following any diet plan generated by the Service.
• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of Syntro Health are the property of Binary Froster. Diet plans generated for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
